Mmmmmm.....






The food (have I mentioned this already!?) is wonderful here in Tunisia. However, when a diet has ample portions of meat, bread, and, in my case, croissants, it is important to stay...probiotic shall we say. It is wonderful to have Activia in the morning to supplement my slightly heavier diet as the day progresses. There is also a wonderful fermented milk drink (should these words go together?!) called Raeb or Lben that also encourage probioticity:)

Just to be clear I don't eat all day but, in the spirit of culture-sharing I simply want to let you see a sampling of local fare (ok, the rice dish is not so Tunisian but you can't always eat out).
